2D-contouring

EschmannStahl uses vertical and horizontal milling machines for contouring complemented by TOS boring mills and machines from Droop & Rein, Kitamura, Mazak und Rambaudi.

3D-contouring

We can produce any required contour in sizes ranging from 150 mm to 3000 mm and a maximum item weight of 15,000 kg. Heidenhain 426 and 430 units are used to control contouring. Pre-contouring is carried out to depths of between 1 mm and 3 mm with milling cutter heads with diameters of 80, 66, 52, 35, 20 and 15 mm.





Finishing

In the field of HSC finishing our customers can count on high cost effectiveness, whether it involves large dimensions, complex freeform surfaces or the highest requirements for surface quality and accuracy. In order to achieve the most accurate results in then finishing processes EschmannStahl distinguishes between machines used for preparation and final finishing operations. Finishing can be carried out on items from 4 mm to 3000 mm in size.
