EschmannStahl has been certified: AEO (Authorised Economic Operator)

EschmannStahl has been certified according to the AEO-guidelines since December 2009 and consequently is officially acknowledged as an Authorised Economic Operator. This certification is a main part of the customs related security initiative of the European Union.

In order to achieve the AEO status, high quality standards have to be fulfilled such as granting an optimum logistic processing of orders, security, reliability, financial solvency and the strict observation of certain customs regulations. Strict adherence to the high quality levels of an authorised economic operator results in a more simplified and faster customs clearance, fewer customs checks, and a higher covering of thefts and losses.
